Frequently Asked Questions
-
How much are HOA dues?Dues are currently $135 per year. The board makes every effort to keep dues and other member costs as low as possible. Compared to other communities in our immediate vicinity it is a great value!
-
Do I have to attend HOA meetings? No, you are not required to attend meetings, although we would encourage all members to attend, especially if they want to discuss an issue. We strongly encourage members to attend the Annual Member Meeting held the first Sunday after MLK day in January where your vote could have a direct impact on changes in our neighborhood. Members may download/read the meeting minutes after they are transcribed and posted on the Bylaws page.

If you would like to opt-in for a paper copy or update your email address on file, please email info@sausalitoshores.com
